IQRAR: Winning The Battles Within  is a collaborative effort between the NUS Muslim Society (NUSMS) and NUS Malay Language Society (PBMUKS), organised for the prospective and current Muslim undergraduates in NUS. The primary objectives of this camp are; to introduce the incoming freshmen to a taste of undergraduate life and to foster a sense of camaraderie amongst the student population. IQRAR: Winning The Battles Within is meant to encourage interaction between the different cohort of students and to strengthen their bonds with one another through its challenging and fun-filled meaningful activities.

    The overarching theme of IQRAR: Winning The Battles Within is to spur ukhwah (unity) and cohesiveness amongst fellow students. It also hopes to expose the participants to the Malay history which is rich in culture and to induce values such as cohesion, practice and most importantly peace which the storyline of this camp hopes to achieve. Not only will there be games and activities carried out for interaction and familiarisation between freshmen and the school, elements of culture and faith will be emphasised throughout the camp as well.

   Set in a feudalistic era, you will be tested to fight for your brothers and sisters-in-arms against other clans, out to plunder your clan’s resources. Face the ultimate test to unite with your enemies in ensuring the survival of all against the mystical Garuda.

   Zoom through NUS in search of our musollahs, go around Singapore to solve clues and test your resilience in Sentosa. Top it all off with the guaranteed-to-be memorable finale night graced by the performances of NUS Silat and Ilsa Tari. From mass games to bonding sessions through movie screening, be part of this fun-filled camp and create your own unique experience.
